DELIVERY
Delivery of items occurs after payment is received. Our preferred method of delivery of items includes contacting customers using instant messenger. We are able to use instant messengers from ICQ, Hotmail and AOL.

RETURNS
Given the nature of virtual products in the online gaming community, all purchases are final. In the instance you did not receive the item you had purchased, please contact us directly.

Dragon Grove does not collect user credit card directly, rather it uses PayPal for all online transactions. Dragon Grove collects contact information via PayPal in order to delivery items to customers. Contact information may include customer email, customer address or customer instant messenger user ID. None of the information collected by Dragon Grove is resold or reused in anyway. All customer information remains confidential.
